insert hover float to widget

Could you please elaborate more on what are you trying to accomplish and with what widget so we could try providing a solution for you?

Sorry for the late response. I have inserted a calendar widget on my form, I wanted to know whether a pop-up box with an explanation of how to navigate the calendar could be inserted. 

When I checked your forms,  I did not figured out which form you mentioned. Could you please share with us form URL?

However, if you are talking about the form "  Semester I 2016-2017  "  and if I understood it correctly, You would like to add a single widget  instead of  separate "class time" fields and direct your user with a hover text according to their course selection, right? 

If this is your concern, I think "DateTime" field works fine for this. You can arrange selection of dates by configuring according to your expectation ( changing start-end date, allowing specified day etc.) from properties of that field. 

On the other hand, If this is not the issue, please give us some more details  to assist you in a better way.
