    my form was over quota, so I upgraded to a bronze plan and when people click on the link to use the form, it still says it is over quota

    what do I need to do to fix this asap?  We are counting on this form for people to be able to register for a program starting soon.

    I see that your account Peeweesoccerspring2016 is now holding Bronze subscription plan. However, I see that there are no forms existing in this account. If you are referring to the form https://form.jotform.com/60624399959170, it is associated with a different account PeeWeeSoccer and holding Free subscription with overlimit. If you want this form to be moved to your account, we request you to login into the other account PeeWeeSoccer and place us a request to move the form so that we can move the form to your account along with the submissions.

    It looks like the form has already been moved to your upgraded account and is no longer showing as over quota.  If it is still showing over quota on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
