I've suddenly stopped receiving emails when a form is filled out on my site like usual and I'm concerned as my business is at stake, why is this and can you please help me fix it asap?! Thanks!

This is because the email addresses that you are using on your forms are in our bounce list, the reason of each email in our bounce list is below:
b*****g@s*********t.tv: 552 ZYDG1s03e2GZ3dt01YDHqt Message fails DMARC
m*******z@a*l.com: Due to spam.
I have removed both emails from our bounce list, I also noticed that one of your email notifiers where not properly set.
Please, follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
You may also check and remove your email address from our bounce list, only follow the steps on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
If you are using our default sender email addresses and the issue still persists then contact to your email provider and ask to whitelist our IP addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
