GetResponse Integration: Auto responder not being sent

    Hi, I have set up JotForm to send the contact details straight to our Get Response account, from the Get Response should send an autoresponder, but this is not working.

     

    I have tried setting the auto responder to 0 day, 1 day and if they subscribe but none work

     

    Please can you help?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to add user to the GetResponse autoresponder cycle when we add the contact via integration.

    I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Development Team.

    We will get back to you once we have any updates on this.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay, but we'd like to inform you that this is now fixed.

    By default, contacts will now be added to day zero of the autoresponder cycle.

    You may also opt to change the day of cycle by editing your form's GetResponse integration.
