When I expand my form on Internet explorer, i get errorAsked by miguelben on March 23, 2016 at 06:27 PM
I added a form collapse tool in my form and it works great in firefox, safari and chome, but on explorer it says:
The webpage cannot be found
This is my form:
I tested your form and I was able to replicate your problem. So please try to embed your form by using the iFrame embedding method.
To do that go to your form builder and follow this steps:
1. Click Publish:
3. Choose iFrame
And copy the code provided.
Please make sure you have deleted previous code in order this to work.
Let me know if this worked for you.
Actually, I realized I had the script embedded inside a table that had a code error, and was able to fix it using the default embedding option.
That's great to know. Please contact us again if there are any problems.
