    Problem with sending emails in response to forms requests

    Hello, my name is David Ruesga ans I got the following email from our Registrar, since they are having a problem with with Jotforms. Here is the email. Please help.

    Hola David,

     

    It appears that the jotforms website is not sending emails in response to reference requests. I went through the application process for the Spanish school, and it sent my application immediately. I then requested references, and did not receive them. I tried it again with different emails, no response. So I tried the DTS path, and used my personal email address on all three references, and received no email requesting that I fill out a reference. Could you look and see if that feature has somehow been disabled? We are receiving quite a few applications, and I have been walking applicants through the process by showing them where their references can go directly to our website and fill out a reference that way, but it is not very efficient. :) I looked around JotForms, but couldn't see where to fix it myself. :)

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. 

    Can you try to check if the email fields match the selected field indicated in the E-mail Recipient of each corresponding email autoresponder, please?

    Also, can you try if by changing the Sender E-mail address of the email autoresponder to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com would solve the issue?

    Hi, I did try changing to the noreply@jotform.com email. I KIND of worked... This is the email I got from the person that is our Registrar and is supposed to receive those emails and forms. It is important to say that we want our registrar@ywamepj.org to receive that information...

    So, I received this one in my gmail, but did not receive any at the Registrar address. Did you receive any at Communications? I have tried submitting requests to my personal account before with no success, so this is good news. :)

    If I understand you correctly, you're saying that the Autoresponder email is now working.  Is that correct?

    If you want to receive a notification on this email address (registrar@ywa****.org) then you need to set up an email notification and make this email as the recipient. In this way, if someone completed the form, an email will be sent on the recipient. Here are some helpful guides:
