How to allow read-only access for submissions to other people

I tested setting up a Sub-Account to view submissions.  That was pretty straightforward.  However, the new user can not only view submissions, but can also delete submissions.  Is there a way to make this truly a read only and download option, with no way for the sub account holder to delete records?

Sub accounts can always edit anything you've shared with them - if you share submissions with sub users, they can edit and delete submissions. If you share forms with sub users, they can edit and delete forms.

As you want to allow a read-only access to your submissions, you can instead set up one of our many kinds of submission reports:

What all kinds of submission reports have in common is allowing people you've shared the report link with to access these submissions in a read-only manner by default. You can also password-protect access to these reports, to ensure that only people with both the correct link and the password can access your submissions.

For example, you can set up your reports such as Excel reports, CSV reports, HTML Table reports, etc.
