Choose what data is submitted

    My form has lots of fields just for calculation or reference purposes.  Is there any way to stop these fields being submitted to my data submissions, as all the pointless fields make it hard to read on the submissions page.

    You can easily hide any fields you do not want to see on the submissions page, by clicking on the gear-shaped icon near the top right corner of the submissions page and deselecting the boxes for the fields you do not want to be shown:

    This will hide those fields both from the main submission view, as well as from PDF files of your submissions.

    If you also want to hide the fields from the grid at the bottom of the submissions page, the grid that is showing multiple submissions at the time, you can also hide these items. Please mouse-over a column in the grid, click on the arrow that appears, then on Columns, and finally simply deselect the fields you do not want to be displayed in the grid:
