I've deleted two questions from this form but they keep appearing on the live form.

Our developers are investigating the issue. In the iFrame form code embedded in your page, substitute http://www.jotformpro.com/form/20585894150963 for http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20585894150963
That should fix the problem. Do let us know if you experience further issues with this or any other form.

Thank you that seemed to work. Should i include the www. in any other forms that experience issues for now? Would you mind posting here any answers your delvelopers find regarding this issue and if adding the www. will turn into a permanent solution? Thanks again.

Yes, we'll keep you updated on the situation. As to the use of the www version, technology in general is advancing at such a rapid pace that "permanent" is a relative term. Perhaps "for the forseeable future" would be more accurate.
For what it's worth, forms at the form.jotform URLs are served over a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and while in many instances they may not display changes made in the form builder as quickly as the www.jotform version, there are advantages (to both user and provider) associated with going the CDN route, as described briefly in this article.
