    Can't update my credit card

    I had to cancel my credit card and am trying to update it in your system, but I can't see where to do that. Your system seems to think I'm on a free account, but i pay $19 a month. Please help.

    I checked your account and it seems that you are not subscribed to any of our paid plans. I also cannot find any payment history for your account. If you want to upgrade your account, you can follow the instructions provided in this article: How to upgrade my account

    It might be possible that you have created multiple/different accounts in JotForm, you can check it and see if that is the account you are referring to.

    I've been paying $19 a month since Sept 3rd of last year. i assume there's another account and that it's this other account that's been paid, but I don't know how to track it down. I've tried the only other likely email address and can't track this down. My bank only shows the phone number. Is there another way to track this down? Like via my credit card number or something?

    Actually, nevermind. I'm going to leave it as-is. I'll just import all the forms from my free account into the paid one. Feel free to close this ticket.
