The Field Which has a Condition is not Visible on Emails

    I have created a form which works great (thanks) but am having a problem with a conditional field.

    On the residential tab, i have created a condition where if the "years" field returns a "0" value, another field for "previous address" becomes visible.

    This all works ok until we receive a submission where the data from the new field is not there.


    Can you please help?

    Hi there,

    It doesn't show on the "Notification" email, because the "{ifLess83}" for the field " If less than 1 year at your address, please add your previous address here." is not defined on "Notification". 

    Please add the following line to your email template:


    Please, try to get another email submission and do let us know the results.
