Submissions or Form Views?

I have had a notice that I have exceeded the allowable "views" of the forms on the free account.

On your pricing structure you state 100 " submissions" per month

The submissions received on the free forms I have created no where reach 100.

Can you let me know the dirrerence please as it is rather confusing

Basically, submissions are represents the registration numbers through your forms and the "Form Views" shows the number of previews, so every page load means plus one to the "Form Views". Concordantly, the current situation is occurring from the "Form Views" stats, you have reached your limits.

However,  you can easily beat this issue by adding our footer to bottom of your form. By doing this, you can get unlimited "Form Views" and you don't need to worry about this issue anymore.

Please, see the steps to apply footer to your form:
