I have been using your service for a couple of years now, and have been very happy. I am webmaster to a number small community choirs and one regular company. I am finding managing all these separate accounts to be difficult.
Is it possible for me to move all my accounts into one Bronze-level account? Thank you.

Moving/transferring forms is not something you can do directly from within your JotForm account, but we will gladly move the forms (and their submissions) for you from one account to another. You can simply make a request from any account you are logged into at the time, and request for all your forms to be moved from that account to your desired account.
In order for us to move the forms, such request must come from the account that owns the forms at that time, and should clearly state which will be the recipient account. This is to ensure that the actual owner of the forms is the one requesting transfer of their forms.
After making such a request, one of our colleagues will gladly help and move the forms for you. We will await your response.
