I think I know why the forms stopped working - the submissions (mostly from Russia!) were spamming us relentlessly this month. Used up all our submissions - is that why? Can we reset for the month please? These were spam! Thank you.

When I recalculate your submissions, it automatically reduced it to "0", so your account and your forms are accessible right now. Please, check it from your side and let us know the results.
