I have tried several times to have a password reset email sent to me from the account murdochdivers. I have checked my spam/junk folder and cannot seem to receive the email for password reset.

I checked your email on our database and I saw that this email is associated to a Guest account (guest_50745006557051). So the password reset won't work because you don't have a registered account.
Guest accounts are limited only to 10 SSL submissions which is why it is now on overlimit status. The forms are disabled as well.
I would recommend you signing up for a JotForm account on a Starter/Free plan. If you have a Free plan, you will 100 submissions and 10 payments. You also have 1 sub-user account, 100mb storage space and 1,000 form views.
