Email notification has wrong fields.

    I cloned a form and made my edits and saved the form.  The form itself looks fine and the submissions on the webpage look fine, but the email notifications have the original fields from the cloned form.  The form is Miami-Dade Project Management Report.

    Deleting the email and re-creating it should fix this problem.

    To delete the email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    5. Save your form.

    To re-create your email:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Add New Notification",
    4. Complete the wizard,
    5. Save your form.
