I have checked the email log for your email address and noticed that all emails seem to be sent.

I submitted as a test at 14:44. Can you re-send the ones with the first two

Yes, it is possible to resend those emails, you only need to open the submission and then click on edit.
Then you only need to click on submit button without doing any change.
It should resend the email to you.
