Are form submissions not being sent to us?

    Our analytics show that our main Jotform application has been clicked on 50 times in the past 30 days but we haven't received any new entires. People are beginning the process of filling it out but never submitting the form. Is there something wrong with our account or with Jotform?

    Looking at the form and your account, it is looking OK, just without any submissions on the form you have mentioned. I have done additional check to see if there were any submissions on the same that might not have been registered, but there do not seem to be any neither.

    Can you please tell us the page where the form you have mentioned is embedded on? I have checked the one you have mentioned and it was not embedded nor shown on the same page.
