I see that the emails are in deed failing for some reason, I have however checked on my own side and it is working properly for me. Because of that, I will raise this to our developers so that they can look into it.

Since we are both in EU it means that we are using the same servers, but they would be able to see what exactly happens.

In the meantime I do suggest changing the email to some other, just to see if that helps you get the emails Georges.

Georges, after my post your email got shown in our bounce list. I have removed it from the same, but the emails do not seem to go to you.

This is the reason that was reported back to us:

    smtp; 550 5.7.1 IP listed on RBL (4.0.0.127 https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/54.240.11.10)

I have checked it, but it seems to be OK, still it would be good if you contact your email administrator to make sure that the JotForm IPs are whitelisted on your end. You can give them the link to the following guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Hi Ben,

Why should your IP be blacklisted after 2 years of use without problems.

At 23:22 CET mails are back !

Although I do not beleive in magic, this sounds like it !

Still I'll request to put your IP addresses in whitelist.

Is there any way to re-send the lost mails ? I use them to check that the paypal payment went trhough properly which is not always the case.

    Regards,
    Georges

Sometimes our IPs need to be whitelisted, I think that this happens because you are receiving a great amount of emails from your form submissions daily, so this should be fixed by whitelisting our IP addresses that you will find on the link provided by Ben above.

Regarding to resend the emails that were not delivered, yes this is possible, you only need to edit the submission, while on the submissions page only click on the Edit button:

Once the form with the data appears you only need to click on the submit button without doing anything else.

The email notification should be resend. Hope this helps.
