Can a form be made that updates entries in a database, letting another jotform user access them and also make changes to that database?Asked by johnsinsight on March 24, 2016 at 04:24 PM
Thanks for your attention.
I'd like a jotform to:
Capture user input
Store it somewhere (google drive sheets seems to work on jotform)
Allow updating of the database/sheet
Allow a different jotform to view the database information
Make changes to the same fields of the form
Make certain forms see /update only certain sheets
Please let me know if this is possible.
Unfortunately, Jotform does not support integration with databases. You could host a PHP script that will update database on every submission. You can take a look at this guide on how to send POST data on form submission. If you can hire developer he could make an app that will pull data from spreadsheet. Please take a look at the following JQuery plugin.
