I am trying to downgrade back to a free account. (I have a seasonal business that doesn't require >10 payments all the time.) When I click downgrade, it seems like I'm canceling my entire account and I don't want to do that. Just want to confirm that my account won't be cancelled if I downgrade, that it's just canceling my bronze subscription.

Cancelling your subscription does not cancel the account. My apologies if the error message is misleading. I went ahead and manually cancelled your subscription to ensure you would not be billed. You will retain your paid user benefits until March 27th, at which point your account will be downgraded back to a Free one. Your forms and data will remain active unless you exceed the limits of a Free account.
