Ignore previous question. I just missed the URL in the document it was fine.
BUT, not all of the page breaks work. This is a 10 page form and probably 3 of the breaks worked. That's the survey page break that we are supposed to be using, right?
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Create a PDF Form

Can you please indicate indicate the form in question. I have just reviewed the form, 60817035020140, and did not see any issues with the page break. This form contains 12 pages and I was able to go through all the pages with no problems.

Victor, thanks for your help - I appreciate it.
Notice that right before "Project or Activity" there is a page break in the form. The generated PDF doesn't have the page break. There are others, same deal, but this is the first one in the form.
Don't get me wrong, I love the feature. Would just like to see the breaks work better for me. If you have a form that looks right, please forward it to me and we'll use it.

If I understand you correctly, you are referring to the page break not pushing the contents bellow it to a new page in PDF form. If that's the issue, the answer is 'Page Break' does not create section or new page in PDF form. It's only does that for the HTML version of the form.
If what you need is to print each section where there is a 'Page Break' on a new page, you can refer to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/800964
