How to Integrate Georgian Language in Application Form?

We are users of JotForm application forms. We set up our form and integrated in to our web site www.couchindustry.ge

Would like to ask you 

How can we integrate Georgian Language in to application, in order to be able our clients to fill up application in Georgian Alphabet instead of English Alphabet ? Please, give us help

We better have to have Geo Alphabet integrated as it would be easier for our customers to fill up the forms and avoid change keybord settings in their computers.

Please advise.
