    My replies to my customers doesn't work well

    This IS ANOTHER complaint from landonwilder@shrimpconnect.com with website:www.theshrimpconnection.com that the customers I received orders from and used your over-secured "reply" button has failed to send me a response to my test order, This means I wasted more time using a useless reply and those customers do not have any confirmation that we received their orders. This PO's me more than the other malfuncion. I could have sent an email from me and not WASTED time using your "Reply" button. My level of pisstivity is rising.

    Also if you want that your users receive confirmation email once they submit your form, I would suggest you to set Autoresponder email inside of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
