In this circumstances, I need to remind you some details about MailChimp integration. On JotForm - MailChimp integration, you can only transfer data to "Lists" on MailChimp and you need to have one list before creating your integration on JotForm, because you need to show it on our integration.
To add the "List" on MailChimp,
Then, you need to be sure that you select the correct list on the integration wizard:
Please, correct these issues on your integration and try again. After testing, don't forget the let us know the results.

hi, I have already created and chosen my mail chimp list for the integration? what else canI try to resolve this problem?

I've tried integrating MailChimp with one of my forms to make sure that the integration is working fine. I am able to integrate MailChimp without any issue and have received the Form submissions to MailChimp list.
I've tried submitting my form thrice and each submission has been received to MailChimp list. But I noticed that there is a little delay in showing the data in MailChimp.
As I check your form, it seems that there are some custom fields have been mapped to the list. Sometimes, the issue may also occur due to custom fields in the list. Could you mapping some basic fields on the form to see if that works?
Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

I just tried submitting your form, and it went through:
It took a few seconds, I would recommend you to re-embed your form using the Iframe code, but without the script part, example: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:
(Make sure to set enough height for your form to display entirely)
On regards of the MailChimp integration, please remove it and map just the basic fields to for testing purposes as my previous colleague suggested:
Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

Yes, few minutes ago I was testing the integration and it was not working, I could not get my submissions to my MailChimp account, however, I have removed the integration and added it once again, now it is working.
I would like to let you know that since you are using the PayPal integration your payment needs to be completed in order to complete the submission, for example, submissions flagged as incomplete payments will not be sent to MailChimp.
Also, you need to make sure to have your integration like this:
Otherwise your users may not allow JotForm to send the submitted data to MailChimp and this could be some of the reasons why data is not goind to MailChimp.
It is good to know that your integration is working now, if you need further assistance, please open a new thread and we will be glad to assist you.
