Can't See the Widget "Take Photo" on Live Form

On my tablet, I am able to attach a photo to JotForm, but on my desktop computer in the office, instead of an outlined photo box with an attach button below, I see a solid black box and no attach button.

Is this an incompatibility issue that can be remedied?
