I'm not receiving my notification emails when I receive a completed form/submission

    Everything was working fine until yesterday. The last notification email I received was yesterday at 8:02 am. Since then, I've had multiple completed forms/uploads come through, but I never received an email about the submissions, and had a few upset customers because I hadn't received their orders. When checking my account settings, the email address is correct. I'm not sure what changed. I didn't make any changes before or since I stopped receiving the submission notifications.

    We really sorry for that, it appears that your email address was in bounce list. You should be able to receive notification for now since it has been removed.
