Is there any reported problem of emails not coming through? We have had some emails not make it to our end users.

I took a look at the form that you have mentioned and I see that it only has email notification.

Now based on what you have mentioned, it seems as if the email autoresponder is not being received.

Email notification - email that is sent to you about the form being submitted

Email autoresponder - email that is sent to people filling out the form to confirm the submission

Looking at the form however it only has email notifier set.

When checking the email notifier, I see that the email is in the bounce list. This means that your server has stopped accepting emails from JotForm.

This is the reason that your email server sent back:

    smtp; 550 Service unavailable; Client host [a10-27.smtp-out.amazonses.com] blocked by zen.spamhaus.org; 54.240.10.27 (**********@fsh******:blocked)

To resolve this, I have removed your email from the bounce list, but you will need to ask for JotForm to be removed from the blacklist that your server uses - or to whitelist the same.

You can pass the link to the following guide to your IT team or your email server administrator: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
