Include headers and text of form in PDF output

    Can I make a contract with a signature and receive it in a way that I can print out and keep all the information? So that it still look like a contract with all the information ans signatures? Every time I do it, I just get columns with some info in an email, nothing I can save, print and keep as proof of our agreement.

    For any headers and text you would like included in the email notification, you would need to add them manually.  However, you can include the headers and text of your form in the PDF output of your submission data:

    Then include a copy of the PDF in your submission data:

    Yes, include the PDF in your autoresponder email and the user filling out the form will also receive a copy:
