How do I enable my disabled forms

    i need to upgrade and I clicked forgot password and it was supposed to email me reset instructions and I haven't gotten anything back in so my business is not receiving any forms at this point

    As I check this email address, I am not able to find any accounts registered with this email. I could only see guest accounts. We request you to register a Free account with us so that you can then upgrade your account. If you are referring to a different account, please let us know the username or a form ID/URL associated with the account so that we can assist you further.
