Emails are not being sent to some email addresses. Email is hosted on Godaddy and 4 email addresses have stopped receiving email from email@example.com. I just added an email address that is on Godaddy and it tested the form which does not send to the same 4 email addresses but does sent to the new Godaddy email address.
I contacted Godaddy and they checked their servers and told me the email from JotForm is not even reaching them so it is a JOTFORM issue.
I need this fixed ASAP as this has happened waaaaaay too many times. I even switched email providers on a different account to 365 and it's the same thing. One email address is not being sent emails from JotFOrm.. FIX THIS..

What are the email addresses? What is the form where you have added them as recipient?
Please check if they are in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender:
