How to pass text field through email submissions?

I want to be able to see the whole document for record keeping purposed. I am only seeing the signature as well as my clients info. How do i get the rest of their contract?

I checked your submission and couldn't find any. But, I checked your form and I guess that you are referring to text that is before signature.

To do that, you will have to copy whole text and paste inside of your Email notifier.
