I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I understand it correctly. Are you unable to view a form? Or you are unable to find that form in your account?
I checked your account with username Shobrena and there are no forms there. I presume the forms are shared to you as a sub account user? The account who owns the form might have removed you as a sub account user which would explain why you do not have access to it anymore.
