Form Analytics issue

    Dear Jotform team,

     

    Greetings,

    We were able to track the form analytics in real-time...however now we can only view the yesterday's analytics

    have your roles changed in that regard or there is away to get analytics live again?

    Form that you provided was created two days ago and because of that you can view Form Analytics only for last two days. Form Analytics can be viewed from the time form is created. If you want that only today Analytics are shown then select Custom option and set today's date. 

    If you select some other form on your account that was created earlier, you will be able to view Form Analytics for more than last week, by clicking on This Month or All-Time option.

    Thanks for the answer, 

    Actually I cant view today's analytics even if I customize the date

    Sorry for the confusion. It seems that all of today's views are not displayed until the day ends. If you press the CUSTOM tab and edit the end day for tomorrow, you will see all the submission of the present day.
