Not receiving notifications

    Hello Jotform:

    For some reason I am no longer receiving the notification e-mails I used to get when people filled out my online forms. I had made no changes to these forms, they just suddenly stopped being sent.

    This is a universal problem involving several forms on several different websites.  I have provided the URL of just one of these below, but there are others.  The problem though seems to have started with all of them at the same time, so I hope the one example is enough.

    It is imperative I receive notification of these forms.  Can you check why this is happening all of a sudden, and advise me how to restore the future transmission of notification e-mails.

    After reviewing your form and email setting I found that it did not have any SENDER NAME. Can you please enter a value and see if this works.

    I do not think this is the problem. I also reviewed you email history and submissions. As you can review the last submission received was on the 23 of this month. And email was sent out properly on that date. I would ask you to verify if this notification is not in your spam or junk email.
