IPNs failing when sent to https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    this is an email I received from a client of mine this morning. Can someone help me with this issue since we cannot phone in.

    Subject: PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning 

     

    Hello Henry Graham , 

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php 

    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

    It is necessary that IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) are enabled inside the Paypal account.
