Is there any way to make field text arrives with a comma?

Hello. I'm using the form to obtain some data that I will then use as tags. So it would be really comfortable that all or some of the form fields arrived to my email with a comma at the end so I can just copy everything and paste directly in the tag section of my webpage given that I have to use commas to separate the tags.

You can actually customize the the email message using the editor. You can use the field name to display the answers. 

I created 3 text boxes and they are named tag 1, tag 2 and tag 3.

Now, in the email notification editor, you can just customize it by adding a "comma" it between them.
