How can I set up a one of my fillable PDF forms with a pass code to get it?

I have several fee agreements that I do not want the public to access but want to put them on my website.  I want to set it up so I can direct my clients to go to my website and go to the Agreements Page and click on the PDF icon for a particular agreement but have a requirement that they have to enter a pass code in before it will be released or downloaded to them.

Can you help me with this?
