Copy and Pasting data to conditional logic for formsAsked by Dylan on March 26, 2016 at 04:02 PM
I'm trying to build a form that provides Voting District Numbers based on the State a user chooses. For example, if a user selected "Alabama", they'd be given an option of Congressional District Voting Numbers: AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4, AL5, AL6, AL7.
For some of these states, the number of options is well into the thousands. I have all of the A1-A1000 etc. in a Word Doc already, but it doesn't seem to let me copy + paste them into the logic form. It wants me to enter them by hand. There has to be an easier way, right?
Sorry but not fully understanding you completely. When reviewing your form I noticed that you have a dropdown will all the state. If the user select a certain user, another dropdown will appear with the name of the state selected. This should have all the voting districts of the state.
Can you please indicate what you would like to happen if a user select a particular voting district? I'm stuck in this part.
If you are looking for a way to paste all the district in the dropdown, you may paste all the district on the OPTION part:
If this is not what you are looking for, please let me know. We will be glad to help.
