Dropbox App Does Not Work

    After creating a form with using Dropbox App I uploaded three test files.  No folder for Jotform was created in Dropbox so I can't see the files I uploaded.  Please help.

    What is the file size? Please note that in Dropbox, individual max file size is 300MB. Files over 300MB are not being forwarded to Dropbox, but you can download them from your JotForm storage.

    Thank you for getting back to me.


    The file size is very small 8kb and 3mb.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had a temporary issue with the DropBox integration which has been fixed by our developers yesterday. Could you please try again now and see if the submissions/files are being sent to DropBox?
