Hello - I run several businesses via JotForm. My forms have been disabled. Can you please re-enable this asap? Thank you!

I see that your account is autosuspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that many of your forms are containing the word username and hence the probability score is high on your forms. Please be noted that creating login forms or collecting sensitive information like CC info, etc are not allowed using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically disabled. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms. You may consider changing the term username on your form to lower the phishing score to avoid further autosuspensions.
Also, I see that your account has reached the monthly submission limit by receiving about 127 submissions. You may upgrade your account in order to receive further submissions or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.

Hello - I am not collecting any financial data. The form is for a Snap Chat service for subscribers who are interested.
Also, I am not past my submission quota. Over the past few weeks I have earned an extra 70 submissions. Please see attached screenshot.
I am well under the 170 submissions (145 as of this follow-up).

Great! Thanks for updating your forms to comply with our terms. We appreciate it. I see that your account is now active and good in shape. It looks like you have got additional monthly submissions using GetMore. Since the Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions, I thought that your account has run out of submissions. Sorry for the confusion.
