Had to upgrade plan from old one - do I get pro rata refund?

Paid for a 2 year Premium plan but my form views were over 10,000 (not sure how to be honest as site doesn't get that much traffic) and it had just under 1 year left. Only option was to go for the Silver plan ($39pm option) but it now means i've lost a year that I paid for because you decided to alter the plans? Is this correct?

Does it not work pro-rata so I can still use some of the money paid out on the new plan? Doesn't seem fair to me?

I had to upgrade as forms were disabled and needed to be live ASAP.

    Hello stmodwenhomes,

I did check your account and found that you have successfully upgraded to silver monthly plan. You also have an active bi-yearly premium subscription plan.

Let me propose a different solution for your form view limit issue. We can offer you two possible options:

#1. We can double the current form view limits of your account. You can have a total of 2,000 monthly form views on your account.

#2. We can completely remove the form view limits, but you will have to agree to add footer with the JotForm's logo on all of your forms. Showing the JotForm logo is completely optional and you can any time enable/disable it form your account setting page.

    Thank you!

    Hello stmodwenhomes,

I meant to say 20,000 monthly form views limit:

#1. We can double the current form view limits of your account. You can have a total of 20,000 monthly form views on your account.

    Thank you!
