Thank you for your help a minute ago, it was superb!

    1. Can you explain to me the difference between the 100 monthly submission and the receive 10 payment? What does that mean exactly, I understand that I have to pay a subscription on my 11th member right? Or is it son 1 member but on their 11th payment?

    2. What does the submission mean?

    3. Also how can you have a quick look to make sure that I set this right, to charge monthly charges

    thank you again, Mahayana

In a normal form like a contact form, the user is not required to enter any credit card or payment information. They just need to put their name, email, phone number and message. Once they hit submit, you will receive it as a submission. It is a normal submission.

If you have a form that requires your user to pay like an order form or a subscription form then it is a payment form.  Once the user hit the submit button, it will be counted as a payment submission.

If you have a form that requires payment, then it is a received payment or payment submission. In a Free plan, you only have 10 payment submissions per month.

I would recommend you upgrading to a Bronze plan if you are expecting more than 10 payments. In this way, you can have 1,000 payment submissions. Please check our pricing page for further information.

I need to create a separate threads for your other questions:
