I am logging into my database from a VPN in an effort to work from home. I have a found set of 932 forms in the last 3 days with uploads that need to be validated and I am getting error 403 on the overwhelming majority of the.
Aside from the inconvenience that not having the data to hand is causing, I am using up bandwidth which is unnecessary and added expense.
Would you please ensure that the account is unlocked or , if you would prefer, I can send you a list of 15 or so that I have started to tag to identify the problem.
There seems to be a run of these - all submitted on the same date in succession so I assume that there is some server maintenance issue which is causing the pages not to display.

We keep the uploaded files on Amazon S3. Last week, one of our servers blocked an S3 IP address accidentally thinking it could be a DOS attack. We resolved this problem and we are also pushing all missing files to S3. My guess is that they will all be available until Monday.
