Email notification nott working

    We are not getting any email notifications.

    I check the notifications for your form: https://www.jotform.com/50585090859970, and the recipient email is not in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Have you checked your spam folder? One thing I noticed is that one of the notifications is missing the sender name, please assign to it a field or your form where the user enters his name:

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
