i have received notification that forms have been completed/ submitted however a number have required payment, which has not been made. I have contacted Worldpay who have confirmed that the person filling in the form has entered details on the payment page, but have not attached payment - their hunch at the minute is that the applicant clicks 'cancel' and that in doing so that prompts your notification process to kick in - any thoughts?
