A client is trying to sign up for our services and the forms are not displaying...
Please help with issue a.s.a.p.

I did check your form "GreenPointe - *Banking" and found that you have fields which is asking your users to input their credit/debit card details. Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.
We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.
I have deleted the credit card related fields and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
