    Why I am Receiving 3 Email Submissions for One User?

    I am receiving 3 notification for one customer submissions.  Same email is coming for three times.

    Before it was working proper than i saw that my email title is not updating it is stuck on "title me" then i searched and got a solution that i have to make new notification. then i started receiving 3 emails on one submission. please i am worried. reply asap.

    I've checked your form there are two notifications on your email settings which is related to same email address.

    Can you re-check your notifications and delete the older one?

    Hi i removed one 

    still i got three emails

    Now all notification is with different address 

    i tried testing now i received three emails 

    one with the heading name title me

    other with the updated one "Bur Dubai customer details" as heading 

    and the last was withing out heading - which i did last by removing the heading.

    According to my last checks, your conditions are not duplicating now. The present issue could be related with your form caches on our system and currently, I removed them as well, so please try to receive email submission again and let us know the results.

    If the issue persists, please try to clone your form and do the same test on the cloned one.

    Hello,

    Yes that time i tried cloning it and it worked with cloned form. thats why it is showing you proper. so now using the clone form as my main form.
