I am receiving same emails from one user please let me know what is the reason.
I tried creating new notification still same problem also i tried adding sender email address but nothing seems to work.
Its really urgent please reply soon.

Normally, this issue needs to be occurring from your "Change E-mail Recipient" conditions; but when I check them, I can see that they are all set up correctly and it is not possible to duplicate. In addition, I did some tests on my account and received only one email submission.
Currently, I also cleaned your form caches and suggest you to try to receive submission email. Please, don't forget to let us know the results.
