hi as i can see the notificatio and i received the email from you stating we have reached max upload limit of 100 mb and asking to upgrade the account. i request you to please tell me how can empty the used space and how much available space i will get every month for myaccount. its on monthly basis or what because now i am not able to see my form on my site. reply asap.

The "Upload Space" is calculated accumulatively, so when you reach the 100 MB limit of your account's, your account will be "OVERLIMIT" regardless of looking previous or current months's values. However, you can always free some space by deleting uploaded files on your submissions.

In addition, the upload space for free accounts is 100 MB as you have already declared and it is on monthly basis. By the way, after freeing some space, your account will be activated.
